Hopper scales, depending on the design of the container, are installed on 3 or 4 supports, in each of which a strain gauge is mounted. If necessary, the weight processor can control the process of loading and unloading the product. The design of the scales is made with a strength reserve of 2.5 times. Coating the platform with epoxy paint provides reliable protection against corrosion, temperature changes, and other adverse effects of external factors. It is possible to manufacture platforms of any size according to customer requirements.
The scale electronics consist of strain gauges manufactured by ZEMIC or KELLI, a weighing indicator manufactured by METAS, a boring box, and a strain gauge cable in a protective sleeve. It is possible to connect the scales to any accounting system.Certified in Ukraine according to DSTU EN 45501:2017.
