This option is ideal for meat processing plants, dairies, etc. where the requirement to install the scale in a pit is combined with the need for fast and high-quality sanitation. Opening of the scale platform is made easy by the use of stainless gas shock absorbers, which provide convenient lifting and lowering without significant effort.

Platform scales designed for embedding in a pit include the following components: a special hinged platform 5 or 6 mm thick made of stainless steel, two or four stainless steel gas shock absorbers, four strain gauges with IP68 protection, a stainless steel indicator and a summing box, as well as four stainless steel legs with special grips to hold the platform. They are equipped with two removable handles for opening the platform.
